This year Gelateria Gentile’s Christmas is a tribute to our origins, a journey through the alleys of Bari’s old town, among memories and symbols that tell who we are.


In the sweetest memories of Christmas
The Panettone Bari by Gelateria Gentile is born from a love for tradition and simple things. Made with stone-ground flours, Italian imported butter, and naturally semi-candied fruit, it is enriched by the natural fermentation of our sourdough, that makes it soft and fragrant.
Wrapped in a linen and cotton cloth, it embodies the symbols of Bari, thanks to the skill of our pastry chef Angelo Ruggiero. A true, unique piece of our tradition.
